1. Data processed
The portal processes the data required for registration and operation, including the name and email address provided, year of birth, job title, workplace or company, selected language, access level, the fact, date and time, and version of acceptance of the registration terms, sign-in and technical data, reading status, saved content and activity data, as well as messages sent through the internal communication system.
In the event of a data protection request, the portal also processes the email address provided and the type and content of the request.
2. Purpose of data processing
Data is processed to operate registration, authentication, access management, the portal’s personal features, security and communication with the user.
Registration is voluntary. The legal basis for processing in connection with registration and operation of the user account is performance of the portal-use relationship. Data is processed for as long as the registration remains active; when the user account is deleted, processing of the personal data associated with it ends.
3. Privacy Office
The Privacy Office is the dedicated official channel for data protection matters. Registered users can start a Privacy Office conversation from the Dashboard. Self-service account deletion is also available from the Dashboard.
Visitors without an account can submit a data protection request using the form on this page.
4. Rights of the data subject
Subject to applicable law, the data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and may object to processing.
